This is a practice instrumental mix I did back in 2001 for Poppers & Freestylers when there were no mixes of this type available. These cds went practically all over the world when youtube was just a baby. These songs were inspired by all of my dancer fam that got down at a party in New York called the House Dance Conference. The experience was a lot better live but I offered a bit of it to the dancers who wanted the cds that reflected said experience. This is just a snippet
